Even though I am not a fan of PTR/PTC business, things always exist for a reason, same as PTR/PTC. There are still people who want to join it. Personally I would like to recommend following blog, since I get most of my registered sites from there. The link is:

This blog categories the sites into top20, good but out of top20, and not recommended.
Also you can access lots of PTR/PTC sites if you are a surveyscout member. Surveyscout usually charges about 35$ one-time fee as their membership fee. I know there is way to avoid, which will be talked later. Back to our topic, I will also post situations of the sites where I registered. Just remember, if you are serious in PTR/PTC, make sure you should find at least 20 referrals working for you.
